New Diesel Smog Check Inspection added January 2009. The California Diesel Smog will apply to 1998 & newer vehicles under 14,000 GVWR. The diesel test will consist of: Visual Inspection, OBD II, & Visual Smoke Test. For more info click on our Diesel Smog Check page.

Everyone at Just Smogs is professional, kind and efficient in what they do. I had a 10 AM appointment. Showed up early... at 9:45 AM and was out the door with a “Passed” smog inspection at 10:05 AM. Went to just smog on Veterans Day. Never been there before. I walked in the shop and talked to one of the technicians... who greeted me and helped me find the front desk. Nice guy can’t remember his name, tall guy.The office is cool with lots of old gas station signs, old sewing machines and photos. Even of the old Meadowlark airport.The waiting room is comfortable and has phone chargers.There was a steady line of customers which is a good sign.We walked a couple block to beach to get coffee and by the time we got back the car was ready.Gonna recommend this place.read more

I needed a smog certificate for my DMV renewal. I made an appointment online which was confirmed. When I arrived for... my appointment, I was greeted right away and the emissions test was performed. First time going the service was fast. Comfortable nice and cool waiting room right next door. They have charging... cables in case you need to charge your phone. They have an area for kids to play while you wait. They’re very helpful first time I failed a portion of smog check so they helped me on how to fix that. They also mentioned that as long as I came back within the month I would only pay $10 for smog recheck. 😊🚙read more

Best experience ever!! Just Smogs is the place to go for excellent customer care and service. They have been in... business for 23 years and I can see why. All the staff are so pleasant, and their waiting room has plenty of space for relaxing while you wait, both inside and outside sitting. I was in and out within an hour. They also have an auto mechanic. I plan on going back to get my annual checkup for oil change, fluid top off, etc. He is also very knowledgeable about catalytic theft protection which has been on my mind. My smog check was a couple of months ago. While speaking with the gentleman, I mentioned I also needed to get an oil... change after my car was ready and he said they also did oil changes there. I told him let's do them both! I am a repeat smog check customer and will now be getting my regular oil changes there going forward. I called a week ago and asked if they change low beam light bulbs and I was happy to find they do that service as well. They even ordered the bulbs for me once I made my appointment. I was in and out in an hour. Their customer service is above and beyond. These gentleman are very friendly and helpful and I felt I needed to give them a 5 star rating!!
